You can get quick help from other eBay members by using the eBay Answer Center. Designed for fast questions and answers rather than discussion, the Answer Center is a member-to-member forum where eBay members can ask questions, give or receive answers, and share information about eBay.

There are a lot of different topic areas within the Answer Center, so choose the one that best fits the question you have. The Answer Center includes forums on My eBay, Search, PayPal, Technical Issues, Turbo Lister, Trust and Safety, and many more.

1. Click Answer Center in the drop-down menu under Community at the top of most eBay pages. Or click the Community button and under the Connect section, click Answer Center.
   
   
2. Click the topic that interests you. You'll see a list of the questions relating to that topic.
   
   
3. To see if someone has asked the same question that you have, scroll through the questions or type the keywords of your question into the search box and click the Search button. You'll be taken to the Advanced Search page where, if you want, you can add more details to your search. Then click the Search button on that page.
   
   
4. To vote whether the answer was helpful or not, click the Yes or No button next to “Was this answer helpful?”

6. To spell check your question, click the ABC icon button.　To receive an email alert when someone responds to your question, select the Watch this question check box.
   
   
7. To see how your question will look when it's posted, click the Preview button. To make changes, click the Edit button.
   
   
8. To post the question, click the Post Message button.
