Creating a Skype mane

After you install Skype, you can create a Skype name and profile. This is the name that other people will use to contact you on Skype.

Skypeをインストール後、Skype名とプロフィールを作成することが出来ます。これは他の人がSkype.上で連絡を取りたいときに使う名前です。

To create a Skype name:

1. Open the Skype application on your computer.
   
   
2. Click the "Don't have a Skype Name" link. The Create a new Skype Account dialog will display.
   
   
3. Follow the instructions to create a new Skype account.
   

Skype名を作成すること：

1. コンピュータのSkypeアプリケイションをオープンする。
   
   
2. “Skype名を持っていない”をクリックする、ダイアログが表示されます。

Note: If you already registered a Skype name on eBay, you can use that account to sign in to the Skype application. You don't have to create a new Skype name.

重要:もしすでにeBayにSkype名を登録していたら、Skypeアプリケイションにログインする時にはそのアカウントを使えます。新規Skype名を作成する必要はありません。

Signing in to Skype

After you create a Skype name, sign in to Skype to chat with or call other people. If you are calling over the Internet, you'll need a headset and microphone.
