I didn't receive an item I paid for. Does eBay offer insurance?

We don't offer an insurance program. However, if you paid for your item using PayPal, you're covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection program as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. Eligible transactions receive coverage up to the full purchase price and original shipping charges.
