• Feedback removal: eBay will remove individual Feedback ratings and comments only in very exceptional circumstances, when they violate specific policies. Situations when eBay will remove Feedback include: Feedback left by a user who is later suspended, Feedback left by a buyer who fails to respond to an Unpaid Item notification and the seller filing the claim issues an Unpaid Item strike.
