• Though APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) is listed as a country or region, this is for members who are receiving mail through the APO/FPO system and could be located anywhere in the world.
  
  
• If you are a seller, who has changed countries, you can have the option of being billed for your selling account in your former country or region's currency. 2. Scroll down the list of countries to find the country or region in which you live. The more commonly chosen countries are listed at the top. Countries then appear in alphabetical order.
3. Click the country or region in which you reside. You will be taken to the appropriate country or region site to register.
