Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

• A certificate or warranty, blank or still valid, without the accompanying product
  
  
• A website or URL where the bidders can download copyright protected music
  
  
• A listing offering original software and encouraging the high bidder to make a backup copy and resell the original
  
  
• Instructions on how to install a mod-chip in a video game console

• 正規のローレックスの箱を販売し、バイヤーにそれを使って偽物の時計を販売するよう勧めているサイト。
  
  
• 空のブランドの箱、小袋、ブリキ缶等を保管し、似たような商品もしくは模倣品を入れて販売すること。（例外：空のヴィンテージ箱、小袋、ブリキ缶でそれ自体がコレクティブル商品としてみなされ、そのような目的で販売されること）
  
  
• 証明書、もしくは保証書、商品はついてこない空白やまだ有効なもの。
  
  
• 入札者が著作権にて守られた音楽をダウンロードできるウェブサイトやURLの出品
  
  
• オリジナルのソフトウェアを出品し、最高額入札者にバックアップコピーを取らせ、オリジナルを再び再販する
  
  
• どのようにしてモッズチップをビデオゲーム機にインストールするやり方が書かれたもの
