eBay policy does not permit members to abuse the Unpaid Item process. Sellers may not file for a Final Value Fee credit on a transaction where the buyer paid for the item.

If a seller filed for a credit on a transaction that was completed, please contact us so we can investigate the situation.

eBayポリシーではメンバーが未払い商品申請の乱用を認めておりません。セラーはバイヤーが商品の代金を支払った出品に対してファイナル バリュー フィー（落札手数料）の返金を求める事はできません。

もしセラーが取引が問題なく完了したにも関わらず返金申請をした場合は、状況を調査致しますので、当社に連絡してください。

Sellers who report Unpaid Items may be subject to a range of actions, including:

• Reversal of all credits for the time period in question
  
  
• Loss of the right to use the Final Value Fee Credit system for a period of time
  
  
• Account suspension
  
  
• Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
  
  
• Loss of PowerSeller status

セラーが未払い商品の申請を不当に申請した場合は次の項目を含む処置が取られます。

• 返金された商品の返金金額を再びeBayに返金
  
  
• 一定期間の間ファイナル　バリュー　フィーの返金申請ができる権利の剥奪
  
  
• アカウント一時利用停止
  
  
• キャンセルされたeBay出品物のeBay手数料の返金権利剥奪
  
  
• パワーセラーの権利喪失

• A buyer sends full payment to the seller and receives the item(s) from the seller. The seller still files an Unpaid Item dispute.
  
  
• A non-selling seller files an Unpaid Item dispute.
