Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
  • Listing cancellation

  • Limits on account privileges

  • Account suspension

  • Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings

  • Loss of PowerSeller status

Single listings that offer multiple items to avoid fees may provide a poor buying experience and create an unlevel playing field by putting sellers who pay all their eBay fees at a disadvantage. Furthermore, these listings undermine the trust and legitimacy of eBay's marketplace.
 
手数料を省くために、単品の出品で複数数量の商品を提供することはバイヤーに粗末な購入経験を与えてしまうと共に、全てのeBay手数料を支払っているほかのセラーにとって不公平な競技場にしてしまいます。さらにこれらの出品はeBayのマーケットプレースの信頼と合法性を弱くしてしまいます。
