Printing US Postal Service postage or UPS shipping labels

To use this feature you need a PayPal account. You will also need to know the size and weight of the package.

Note: Popup blocker software must be disabled on your browser.

1. From the Sold View, click the checkbox next to the sold item for which you want to print an invoice, packing slip, or address label.
   
   
2. Click the Print button.
   Note: You can also print an invoice from the sales record.
   
   
3. From the Print page, select the type of printout:
   
   
   • Address labels and invoice / packing slip

To edit information for a page you are attempting to print, go to the corresponding Sales Record. When you are finished updating the sales record, save your changes. Your changes will appear the next time you print.

Customizing your invoices

Selling Manager will allow you to customize your invoice using the following information:

• Your own Web site Address. This gives you the opportunity to market your personal Web site to your buyers.
  
  
• Add a personalized logo. You can choose from either displaying your own customized logo on the invoice or re-using your eBay store logo.
  
  
• Personalized message. This gives you the opportunity to include a customized message to your buyers in your invoice. For example, you could include a "thank you for buying" message or your personalized payment information.
  
  
• Add the buyers telephone number to the shipping label.
  
  
• Add your own (ie: seller's) telephone number to the shipping label.
  
  
• Add the buyers email address and/or telephone number to the invoice.
  
  
• Change the default paper size used when formatting all printable formats, either US Letter sized or International A4 can be selected.

Selling Manager Pro subscribers can print as many as 200 invoices or shipping labels at one time from the Sold View.

If you need to edit information for a specific page, go the corresponding sales record. When you are finished updating the sales record, save your changes. Your changes will be reflected the next time you print.

To print invoices properly, your browser must be configured to print background colors and ../images.
