The following steps are for reporting a listing to eBay. Only the intellectual property rights owner can report potentially infringing items or listings through eBay's VeRO Program. If you are not the intellectual property rights owner, you can still help by getting in touch with the rights owner and encouraging them to contact us. If you have a good faith belief that a listing on eBay infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, all you need to do is fill out our Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) form, print it out, and fax it to eBay. Open eBay's NOCI form. |
